| Course Description | This class gets to the “root” of state and federal laws regarding the farming, production and sale of CBD- and THC-containing products, as well as DELTA-8. This course will illustrate how to work with commercial tenants selling CBD and THC products, federal laws for differentiating between hemp and marijuana, current legislation regarding the sale of DELTA-8 products and how to utilize Texas REALTORS® forms when working with this new client base and buying farm & ranch land. To be clear, the customer bases that will be included are retailers, farmers and commercial landlords. |
