Course Description

This course provides students with an understanding of the important issues and clauses common to all commercial
sales contracts. It then focuses on the Commercial sales contracts provided by TAR for Improved and Unimproved
property transactions, with related forms and addenda. Students are reminded of the requirement to use TREC
promulgated forms for one-to-four family, Farm and Ranch, and residential condo sales, as well as the dangers of
practicing law without a license.
