The purpose of this course is to establish the basics and best practices of setting up a
property management company. The different subjects covered will be licensing
requirements, company format, staffing options, office location, and property
management insurance. This course will also discuss property management
accounting, bookkeeping best practices, trust accounts/software, and optional
management services.
